1.) Taking an herbal fiber blend five times per day (this is what binds to the old waste and pulls it out of your body).

Psyllium husk is one of the most effective fibers for removing old waste and it comes in different grades. The highest grade is 95-98% husk. Husks are the outer shell of the Psyllium seed and have the strongest “pulling power”. Not surprisingly the highest grade is also the most expensive. This kit only uses Psyllium that is 95-98% husk.
